Freedom of Information
Under The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (the FOI
Act) you have the right to know how public services like Healthcare
Improvement Scotland are organised and run. This includes
being able to find out how much they cost and how decisions have
been made. You also have the right to know what services we
provide, what our goals and targets are and how well we’re
doing,
We want to make things simple and easy for you, so we’re
committed to being as open as possible about these things. We
aim to show what’s happening and to make sure that any information
you need is easy to request and access.
As part of this, our Publication Scheme (made under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002), along with the Guide to
Information is designed to help you find the information we
publish, and the other information we hold.
