Guidance on using the SWHMR
Guidance documents have been developed to support the different
versions of SHWMR, including version 6. Each provides information
relating to that specific version of the record. However, old
versions of the guidance may also provide some background
information and context to the version of the SHWMR currently in
use which may be helpful.
