Healthcare Improvement Scotland Clinical Engagement
Strategy
Clinical engagement is about how we formally and informally
interact with clinicians and other healthcare professionals
(including non-clinical staff) across the various strands of our
work.
Our clinical engagement strategy identifies five priorities that
will help make our clinical engagement a success:
- To create a culture where clinicians view
collaboration with Healthcare Improvement Scotland as a necessary,
valuable and worthwhile endeavour
- To forge a respectful partnership between
Healthcare Improvement Scotland, the clinical community and key
stakeholders
- To establish a sustainable
infrastructure
- To have an efficient and cost-effective
approach to clinical engagement
- To continually review our approaches.
