For technology appraisals produced by
NICE, the NHS QIS HTA programme, other UK and international HTAs
and CEP reports, summaries outline the technology under
consideration, patient and comparator groups and highlight the key
clinical and cost effectiveness results. In addition, where
possible, summaries identify resource implications for NHSScotland.
Summaries conclude by providing background on
Scottish context and directing SHTG members to existing sources
of evidence.
