Evidence based assessment report 2011/002

This report was considered by SHTG on 12 May 2011. Of particular note this quarter is evidence note 34 and SHTG Advice Statement 004/11 which both examine image-assisted cytology in cervical screening.

The report also summarises guidance from the new NICE Medical Technologies Advisory Committee; MoorLD12-B1: a laser Doppler blood flow imager for burn wound assessment and CardioQ-ODM oesophageal Doppler monitor.
