Fernbrae Hospital Aug 12

"This unannounced inspection of Fernbrae Hospital was carried out to follow up on the requirement we made regarding the decontamination of reusable endoscopes at the last inspection on 14 May 2012. Overall, we found evidence that action has been taken to address the shortcomings identified at the last inspection regarding the decontamination of reusable endoscopes. Three requirements are outstanding from the previous inspection and we have made an additional recommendation."
