"During the inspection of Monroe House, we found evidence that people using the service are supported by a committed and motivated staff group. However, we have advised that action should be taken to ensure that the quality assurance systems that are in place are used to make sustained improvements, and that staff are given adequate clinical supervision and are encouraged to use reflective practice to aid learning."
