SMC advice.
The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC)

3. There is a material difference between the
recommendations of the NICE STA and the SMC. NICE recommend
golimumab with restrictions. The NICE STA advice is based upon the
application of a Department of Health agreed Patient Access Scheme.
The manufacturer of golimumab has indicated their intention to
resubmit to the SMC.
