The Scottish Woman-Held Maternity Record
(SWHMR) is an exciting and innovative NHSScotland
development. Scotland is the first of the UK countries to
have a single national unified handheld record for women during
their maternity care. Healthcare Improvement Scotland leads
this work on behalf of the Scottish Government.
